The plaintiff, WILO AG finds that there are infringing products bearing the mark"新威乐
XinWilo" which is similar to its prior mark"WILO"in the markets. This kind of products is
manufactured by Taizhou Xinwilo Electromechanical Device Ltd. (XINWILO), sold by
Beijng Nancheng Jingkai Metal Building Materials Wholesale Ltd. (Jingkai) and Hengshun
CHEN (a Chinese individual). The plaintiff hereby brought before Beijing No.2 Intermediate
People's Court a lawsuit against the said three defendants.
