Albania accedes to the European Patent Convention (EPC) as of 1st May 2010.

San Marino accedes to the European Patent Convention (EPC) as of 1st July 2009.

The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia accedes to the European Patent Convention (EPC) as of 1st January 2009.

Norway and Croatia accede to the European Patent Convention (EPC) as of 1st January 2008.
