Thailand becomes member of the PCT as of 24 December 2009.

Chile and Peru become members of the PCT as of 2 June 2009 and 6 June 2009, respectively.

Sao Tome and Principe becomes member of the PCT as of 3 July 2008.

Angola becomes member of the PCT as of 27 December 2007.
